Thank goodness for your post Dawn - I've got exactly the same problem, no access to CTG but no problems with any other site! I've spent the whole weekend feeling miserable with no CTG fix and trying everything I could think of to get access - disabled my anti-virus, uninstalled some software, got rid of cookies. As I'm a complete dunce re computers the whole thing has been really scary.
Anyway, now I've read Dawn's I will try contacting NTL asap in the hope they will be able to help me out too! If not I'll just have to stay at work - no problem here.
