I recently uploaded a picture of Kouloura as viewed from the scenic view point just outside Kalami. We are already hooked on Kalami and have got a week booked in June next year. We also had a week booked in Kefalonia in September. Guess what we've had to do? Correct - and it only cost �80 admin to change the flights!

Bit optimistic with the �80 - we then had to add on �40 for the villa company, the villa is slightly more and the flights were more (don't understand that one as I thought Kefalonia would be further). Works out about extra �300 but well worth every penny!

I know!! The actual holiday itself cost more because of the flights being more money. The trouble is that two years ago my husband booked a villa holiday as a surprise 50th birthday present. We loved it so much that we always book a villa now so I suppose proportionately it's not too bad. Also we didn't want to be in Kefalonia for a week wishing we were in Corfu!

David has to cook for himself, usually once during the holiday.........on the day when my hangover is so bad I can't face even raising my head from my pillow (you think I'd have learned by now eh!)
