I am having the same problem with the Bristol flights. I want to change Monday's flight to Friday but it is not showing any way to transfer without payment and the email instructions we had just do not work. So we either have to rebook and pay or do nothing until the site is changed. I have, of course, rung numerous numbers which say welcome to the Easyjet Experience Team then just cut off. I tried Athens and London with the same result. Eventually called lost property in Athens who said they have exactly the same problem!

Hi my sister is currently stuck in Corfu and was meant to be on the flight last night to Bristol. Does anyone have a phone number for easy jet at Corfu airport? The contact centres we are getting through to are really not helpful.

Easyjet do not have any staff at Corfu airport - your only contacts there will be the handling agents (which used to be Goldair). Past experience would suggest that they will almost be as much in the dark as you are.

Elliemay - the departure checker didnt have her flight showing yesterday so couldnt amend on line. When I eventually got through to the easyjet customer experience team (which is a really bad experience) they have said that my sister needs to speak to the easyjet reps at the airport to get her accommodation sorted, as there is nothing the contact centre can do.
So frustrating. No one at easyjet seems to want to help. :(
