I reamember him trying to fillet a pike from the taile to the head. then sed sume think !!!!!! then started from head to taile.
What a way to go I could only think of one better way.

If you have internet access watch the programme broadcast the niight before he passed away on channel4.com

It was it has to be said a very funny programme in parts with Keith interviewing Keith (Keith Allen and Keith Floyd)

Who was interviewing who, well it doesn't really matter as it made for a great programme.

Keith Floyd was a character with some insightful perspective on the current cult of TV celebrity.

If you watch it, do it with a large glass of red wine in your hand and liberally quaff from it in tribute.

for all you fans he is on every night on the travel channel around 8 and is still just as good as he was all those years ago.

I found his books every bit as entertaining as his tv programmes.On the front of 'Floyd on Italy' it says 'Veni,vidi,coxi!'-'I came,I saw,I cooked!'

I bumped into Keith in London a couple of years ago, he seemed a really nice chap, came across just the way he was on TV. A real character.
