Sorry, I keep repeating myself when I see these posts. IF SSS works for you, it is not just the green oil-based one. I have used the pink and green moisturisers (non-oily) for very many years and they all work for me. I feel that the 'only the green oily one works' attitude is just a myth - in my experience anyway.
One more thing - if you use the oil spray please beware that when you spray at home/in the villa, you tend to spray the floor as well and it is very, very slippy on tiled/marble floors.

Used sss on recomendation from this site a few years ago as one who was a gormet meal for the mossies found it fab for me and my children, but I also combined it with all the othe advice we were given.GARLIC TABLETS. MARMITE ETC...sure there is a link, but have to add the best things we have found are the things you can buy in resort, candles, snakes, creams etc and thankyou to Spiros and Dinos who always have cream ready for my children. Most of the local stuff is citronella based and it seems to work great. Aalso best advice is always spray your rooms before you leave, can't tell you what a difference the advivc from this site has made to our holidays, no longer come home looking like we have had a bad dose of chicken pox...
