The potato and garlic dish is called ' Skordalia '....Best served cold with parsley [ to kill the after affects of the garlic ] ..Drizzled with olive oil .......Hmmmmmmm........Poli kalo..................Yammas .

Hi J &H. I tried skordalia to-night again . But it just isn't the same....Like fine wine . it doesn't travel well. Greece is THE place for this dish. Steene assas...K.

No coverage of Corfu itself - just a relective moment that featured about 5 seconds of Koulora...and yes, Chris,the kids were pushing the envelope just a little!
