How do you cope?

Here's how I managed the "astral traveling"  that my soul used to do every time I returned to New York after a Corfu vacation.  The symptom: I used to awake in the middle of the night  and think I was in Corfu, and of course I became disoriented because I didn't recognise my room! It was scary and lasted for weeks after each trip.) My soul longed to be back on my beloved island in the Ionian Sea.  But alas, my body was in New York. It really was a spiritual struggle. At first I just thought I was dreaming, but discovered that my astral body had a "mind" of its own and would leave me in bed and wander off to find it's way back to Greece....

The solution: I pasted a world map on the wall right next to my bed so that  my astral body could find it's way back to me while I slept. IT WORKED.  I WAS  NEVER DISORIENTED AFTER THAT. I hope this doesn't sound too far out for most of you, but I imagine some of you have experienced similar  journeys.  These nightly excursions stopped occuring after my fifth trip. That was right after I promised myself that I will relocate some time down the road when the timing is right, and it seems to have fulfilled my soul's wish to just be there, where , when Homer the Iliad, he said "Corfu is where God had a love affair with the planet Earth".   That's all I know.
