Having left a very positive report in the Guest Book on the Kassiopi Bay Hotel website last year, I received an email from a lady in Germany asking a few questions regarding the accomodation and its proximity to amenities for getting breakfast.

I was able to send her a photograph taken from our balcony overlooking the beach commenting that the two storey maisonettes had the best views.

On the strength of my email the lady confirmed that they had booked a maisonette for her summer holiday and thanked me very much for the information.

I replied and advised her to visit the agni website for further information on Corfu and highly recommended Taverna Agni for a few meals during her stay.

She replied saying that the website was fantastic and that she would certainly be trying Taverna Agni on her trip to Corfu!

Quick question for you......Do the balconies / outside space of the studios, apartments and maisonettes at the Kassiopi Bay get any sun, and at what time of day??

We were in a maisonette overlooking the small beach in front of the hotel which got the sun first thing in the morning. There are another set of maisonettes further right which would get the sun for most of the morning.

We toom our chairs from the balcony when we returned from the beach and sat these outside the entrance to the maisonette hence we got the sun in evening aswell.

If I remember rightly the studios behind the maisonettes would get the sun in the morning and then late afternoon/early evening.

Hope this helps!

Balcony View!
