Todays update;

Surgeon came round to see her today, it looks like she will have the op either tomorrow or Friday! Hooray!!

The gall bladder is not inflamed so she will be able to have the op by keyhole surgery, reducing the recovery period significantly.

And I cooked again, with no drama!!

It was only cheese on toast though, don't feel like cooking or eating without my wing man (woman) with me

The op is done!!!

Julie 'came to' around 3.30 she is recovering well and should be home tomorrow.

Th op went well with no complication but we have to wait and see how she goes as there is a risk that some of the smaller stones can escape into the bile duct causing further complications, but, fingers crossed luck will go our way for a change.

Thanks everyone for your well wishes I'm home now, in a lot of pain but its all over and done with once I've healed. I've got to rest up for a few days and then take it easy after that but I'm being very well looked after by my fab hubby

So thanks again everyone you made me smile
