I;ve seen alot of threads lately about the best Tavernas, bars, etc.

I'd like to add a relatively new Grill Room to the list. Grill House Roumeli in Nisaki (next to Vitamins) is a wonderful find. They don't buy in anything that is frozen, they don't have a microwave, there is a large barbeque grill on every lunchtime and evening. The food is freshly prepared and there is always a good 'specials' choice. If you enjoy pork, they do the best spit-roasted pork I have ever tasted. Their Beef Chop is a great dish for steak lovers too. My wife claims their (hand-cut) chips are some of the best on the Island.

It is run by husband and wife team, Vangelis & Anna-Marie and it has a real village feel to it.

Prices are good (a 3-course meal with [copious] wine and free cippero [sp!]) for around �25/head.
