Can anyone tell me what the temperature is like in the evenings at the moment in Corfu?

Lois wants to know if she will need to take a cardigan or anything.

Hi Clark (whoops!)

Normally, I would suggest that you or Lois won't need a cardigan (or even your cape) at this time of year, but the weather has been a bit unusual this year.  One night this year (early August) we had dinner in Old Perithia and it did get quite chilly later on - but then there is the altitude to take into account.

Just come back from two weeks in Corfu and by the time of our last few nights i felt I needed a jacket but I could manage without. If you're getting the boat back from Agni you might want one because that can be quite chilly!

It is still hot and sunny. Today it is been quite humid. I have noticed the last few nights that the evenings have got chillier.  Not cold but I think if I were out and about I would want that cardigan.

Hi

Have a look at this link:

http://www.agni.gr/guides/weather/weather.asp

September will be rather like June only the sea may be warmer only of course there are no guarantees.  If you look at www.accuweather.com you will be able to find a 2 week forecast.  It won't be entirely accurate, weather conditions can change so quickly, but it will give you an idea.

I arrived back last night after spending a week in Corfu. Nights were warm and refreshing, as during the day it was 40 degrees, Friday was so hot we sat in the shade all day!

Best to take a cardie, as the breeze is a bit frisky and it will also defend you from the mobs of mossies!
