just booked a 4 bedvilla in voltana near avlaki.. near kassiopi.. for �259. anyone know what the weather is likely to be 4-11 oct and whats it like in voltana ,avlaki and kassiopi ?

What is the name of the villa?

I have stayed in Mimosa and friends of mine in Votana.

se my homepage for pictures of that lovely part of Corfu.

The only reason I do not stay there anymore is the distance to the town, having taxi on fix hours evey night.

It's too long a walk from town to the villas in the night!!

Hi Keeprighton,

Go with the thought that it could rain now and then and if it doesn't, its a bonus, you will get sunshine! and it will be warm, but it will be quite chilly on a night time so take a jacket/cardi, something with long sleeves just incase.

I went last October despite the fact that there was a storm the first night and that had aftermath on the next day it was ok although fran is right because the nights get cold the pool is too so you have to be brave to go in the water!! although bit of dutch courage and we were fine it created a good excuse for drinking during the day

Have a good time you will regardless of intense heat or not!!

In reply to keeprighton, you just have to be a blue nose! We will be in Taverna Agni at 8.30pm sharp on 6th of October. Be there... dont wear claret and blue.
