I have to agree with Gill - as previously posted, I went armed with everything from wristbands with 100% deet, sun creams with anti-mossie/wasp properties, plug in things, after sun with anti-everything, a zapper, bite ease and who knows what else (apart from a very heavy suitcase!) - I didn't see one mossie - tons of wasps (who by the way, obviously couldn't read as they were not deterred!!) but no mossies.  Result - no bites!  I've been bitten more at home this year! As someone that couldn't walk for 2 days after being bitten I was rather relieved!

I wonder if the mossies were all on holiday in one part of the island this year!  We were in Glyfada (to the west).

I take a Vit B6 complex all the time, (ladies it helps the mood swing of those of us of a certain age, only buy good ones from a health shop, I tried the Holland & Barrett ones and they were useless) and of the Avon Skin so Soft dry oil spray, works for me, we are of to Egypt at the end of Nov, will see how it works on their mossies
