OK - Not a good day
Because Thomson have revised their schedule, there now isn't enough time for us to land in Glasgow from Corfu, collect our bags and check in with BA for our original flight home.
BA refused to change our flight. Thomsons were full of apologies and suggested we write to them informing them of the amount of money we have lost [price of original flights from Glasgow to Stornoway] and that our letter would be considered and maybe [no guarantees] they might give us a refund for our original connecting flights.
No other option left, so have just had to shell out a further £308 for new flights, plus £60 for overnight accommodation as the next available flight is on the Saturday morning.
I was calm, cool and collected but I really do think it's time I got to bed!
