After reading Brian/Maureen post re:Corfu 06 - Are my party & about only 2 other members going in July? whats the matter with that time of the year - or does nobody else own any children & can go when it's cheaper?

Just thought, to while away the hours, when I'm waiting at the airport for my bags I could spot anyone from the forum - although I suppose that may be difficult if you go by their avatar, could be looking for a Sailor, viking, cuddly dogs, views of corfu, 3 blue chairs, Jack Sparrow, etc

Do you wan't the good news or the bad news

Bad News....Last July when I went to Gouvia it was no less than 40 degrees centegrade. Now that is HOT.

The good news.....The beer was very COLD

I'm not too concerned about the temp - ususally go to greece this time of year - long as it dosn't rain! Oh & if it does we'll drink the cold beer!

We fly from Manchester to Corfu on 7 July for 3 weeks in Paxos. We usually go there in July.

Agios Gordis for us 30th June - so its more or less July !
