Don't know where the BBC get their predictions - baywatcher
It's a good question Denise and a constant source of concern on this Site!! There was a brilliant post on this very point a few months ago which explained how the BBC always seemed to be at odds with everyone else.
As bevie says, stick with the forecasts which sound more appealing. It makes you feel better straightaway!
One thing is for sure. It will be a darn sight better on Corfu than here!!!

I was on the bbc site last month and happen to say oh looks great for the next 5 days!! Tassos came over and said the only site thats any good is the following, and it was spot on!! On the second box scroll down for animation then click on display for either cloud, rain or temps.
Well it certainly gets people talking this weather thing!! No mind i am sure we will have a fantastic time as we always do!! We even had an earthquake in June!!!
Bobbo when I looked at your avitar I thought you had kidnapped my dog! He is the double of mine when he lies on his back with his teeth hanging out!!!

Well, I've just arrived back home today from two rather wonderful weeks in Sidari and it was certainly hot when I left this morning and had been for the last two weeks...

It has not rained here since early June and then just for half a day!!!!! I am sitting on the balcony now and the evening is wonderful, slight breeze which is lovely after a hot day. Certainly no sign here of any changes so far. Although some rain overnight would certainly be good for the gardens. So please be aware that everywhere, although still looking quite green in areas, is very dry. Be extra careful with ciggies, matches etc. dispose of very carefully because obviously there is risk of fires when the area has been hot for so long. Have great holidays.
