Greetings. Can anyone tell me if it's possible to travel around the island by bus, without having to first travel to Corfu town, before catching another bus elsewhere? If I'm in, say, Agios Gordios, and I want to get to Kavos in the south, do I have to get a bus back to Curfu town, then another bus to Kavos? There's no way of traveling between the two direct, other than a taxi? Same if I want to travel from Agios Georgios in the north, to Agios Gordios - there's no bus taking the coastal route direct? I'm guessing it's taxis. Are they cheap enough to make buses unnecessary? Thanks. Regards, Bidi.
