Hi everyone
Some of you may already know that Andy and I recently got engaged and we are now thinking of getting married in Corfu. It won't be for another couple of years but we are hoping to do some research/planning when we go to Kalami in June.
I'm just wondering about the where you can get married situation...
I know you cannot marry in the churches unless you are of Greek/Orthodox religion which is a real pity. We are both of protestant religion - Church of Ireland.
I know you can get married in the Town Hall in Corfu Town.
But my question is can you just get married anywhere you like - i.e. like on a beach, with just a registrar? We would love to get married in either Kalami, Koloura or Agni as we love this area and nowhere else would do really to be honest. But if this is not possible we will get married in the Town Hall in Corfu Town and have our reception in Agni.
Any info/advice would be much appreciated!
Thanks x
