Hi Corfu lovers...I my self first went to Corfu Meany years ago a go be for meeting the wife back in the early seventy's just after the package tours sarted up going to Corfu when kavos was just a fishing village,And the following years went to mainland Spain until getting marred and having children come along which ended going abroad for some years and holidayed in england camping most of the time,As the children grew older and started to leave the nest and start there own family,The wife had never been abroad be for and i took her to Greece for the first time a little island called Poros flying to Athens and then getting a flying dolphin over to poros stopping on the way to drop other passengers of at Aegean agistery and on to Paros,After that the wife loved the islands so much and wanted to try other island's,
such as Lesvos,Kos,Paros,Santorini,Mykons,Crete(both ends)Zanty,Tolon,Stoupa and meanymore islands from boats trips from the main island that we weer holidaying on at the time until i came back to the island of Corfu and the wife fell in love with it.
We mostly spend our holidays in the north of the island as i love to snorkel alot in the clear blue bays from Dassia up to Kassiopi....
The one thing that we love to do is drive up into the mountains to see the village life and what goes on one village in particular is Spartylas fairly big village for its size always on the go with the villagers going about there every day business..... still work in progress
