A lovely Venetian-style building right on the waterfront of Fiscardo's harbour, the Zavalata house contains three separate apartments.
The Zavalata has its own small swimming platform directly in front of the house and the property is situated just a few minutes' stroll from the local beach (50 metres) which is reached just before turning a corner into the harbour of Fiscardo which is lined with tavernas and cafes approximately 500 metres away.
Guests of Zavalata may use the swimming pool at the nearby property Porto Fiscardo which is owned by the same family.

Each of the apartments occupies an entire floor of the building and is totally self-contained. The interiors are of traditional design and character. Each of the apartments has either a terrace or balconies with wonderful sea views. This property is in high demand due to its excellent position in Fiscardo and should be booked early.
One bedroom in each of the apartments is air-conditioned.

The Irene has one double and wo twin bedrooms. There are two balconies which are from the two bedrooms and from the sitting room. Lovely sea views across to Ithaca.

The Sofita is on the third floor and is a two-bedroom apartment with balconies offering sea views.

The Sofita has a double bedroom and a twin. There is a balcony leading from both the bedrooms (one has sea view to Ithaca and the other has a sea and village view).

The Porto Fiscardo combine superior accommodation and perfect position less than 100 metres from the local small pebble beach and with stunning views of Fiscardo and the nearby islands.
The freshwater swimming pool is 5.8 x 10 metres with a depth of 0.9 to 2.2 metres. Sunloungers are provided on the surrounding terraces.
There is a poolside bar which serves drinks and snacks throughout the day.

There are ten comfortably furnished apartments with either one, two or three bedrooms. The apartments have either a terrace or balacony with views across the village and harbour and to the island of Ithaa.

The Porto Fiscardo is managed by Aristea whose efficient service and sense of humour has helped in ensuring a large per cent of repeat guests at this property. She's a great cook and offers a weekly BBQ around the pool.

The one-bedroom apartments are on the first and second floor of the building. There is air-conditioning in the bedroom.
