The Pegasos Studios have their own pool and pool bar and are run by the Athanassatos family who are friendly and hospitable. The studios are spacious and well decorated and are in a three-storey building offering lovely local village and sea views.

The Pegasos Studios sleep 2 to 3 persons with private shower room/wc.
The ground floor studios each have a private veranda and the first and second floor studios have priate balconies from which to enjoy the sea views.
Kitchenette facilities are provided with cooking rings, sink and a fridge for preparing light meals.

The local beach is about 5 minutes' drive away 3 kms to St Thomas where there are two sandy coves, one with easy access and the further one accessed by rough and rocky footpath. There are also flat rock formations which make very good sunbathing platforms.
There are two tavernas by the beach and a snack bar which operate in the summer season.

The rear views from the Pegasos Studios are across the local village of Karavados with its delightful church of Helen and Constantinos.
The village has a grocery store for basic provisions and there is a local bus service which runs a few times a day. A car is recommended to reach the nearby villages of Peratata, Travliata and Kastro for a selection of tavernas and shops.
A car will also be essential to explore the beaches further afield at Trapezaki and Lourdas.
The capital town of Argostoli is 10 kms from Karavados and the the transfer from Kefalonia airport takes about 45 minutes.
