Lemoni Cottage for 2 with pool near Fiscardo

Originally built in 1893, the cottage was renovated creating a simple, traditional property, entirely in keepig with the building itself and the setting within the village of Touliata which is a 20 minute drive from Fiscardo.

The Lemoni cottage sleeps two and because of its privacy and romantic views is ideal for a honeymoon couple.

The country-style kitchen has a traditional pita oven on display as the centrepiece, but with the modern conveniences of a cooker with 2-ring hob and oven, fridge, toaster, ketle and coffee maker.

There is a small shower room/wc leading from the kithen which also houses the washing machine.

The main living area is an open-plan sitting and dining room with a half height wall dividing this from the double bedroom. The cottage was renovated in this way to make full use of the light and to save obstructing the lovely views when the door leading to the terrace is open. There is a TV, DVD and CD player.

The property is completed by a very large terrace,dominated by an old, established olive tree. There are lemon and lime trees in the extensive gardens and the attractive pool is very generously sized for two people (7.4 x 3.6m)

The surrounding views are across the hillsides and out to sea.

Touliata village is set half way between the villages of Vassilikades and Fiscardo. The nearest beaches are at Ag. Ierusalem and Alaties, both of which are white pebble beaches with gloriously clear water suitable for swimming and snorkelling. Both the beaches have a taverna nearby which is open in the summer season. Vassilikades is the local village for grocery store, kafeneion and the doctor whilst a short drive into Fiscardo opens up a choice of shopping and eating.
