The Ionian Balcony is a carefully designed modern complex built with taste and comfort offering a high standard of service. The spacious, fully furnished apartments are ideal for family holidays, sleeping from 2 to 6 persons.
Studios
There are 6 Studios which sleep 2 to 4 persons. Studios have one double bed plus twin beds or 4 single beds.
Apartments sleep 2-5
The complex offers 3 air-conditioned one bedroom apartments for 2-4 persons with double bed in the separate bedroom and 2 single beds in the open-plan living/dining/kitchen area. Lounge has satellite TV and the fully fitted kitchen is equipped with fridge-freezer, cooking rings, kettle, toaster and iron. Apartments have private balconies with magnificent views.
There is also a two-bedroom apartment (double and twin rooms) with a sofabed in the living room which sleeps up to 5 persons.
Villa
The detached 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom villa is built on two floors and has been designed to a high standard for family holidays. The ground floor has a fully fitted kitchen, comfortable living room with sofas and fireplace and shower room.
First floor bedrooms have balconies with fantastic views. There are two twin bedrooms and one double bedroom. Shared bathroom is on the first floor.
Ameneties
All apartments are fully air-conditioned and offer WiFi connection. Balconies have fantastic countryside views.
The rooms are cleaned with linen and towels changed every 3 days.
