Gay Friendly Bed and Breakfast in Kefalonia

The island of Kefalonia does not have a gay scene as such like Mykonos, Corfu, or some of the other Greek islands. If you are looking for a very relaxing and gay friendly holiday why not stay with us here in Kefalonia.

We have lived here on the island of Kefalonia for 3 years now and can recommend many beautiful places to visit around the Island. If you would like a 2 island break, this can be arranged with contacts we have on other islands.

We are open all year round. For a winter break why not fly to Athens for a city break and then fly to Kefalonia for a few days chill out. Athens Airways, Olympic and Agean fly to Kefalonia in the winter.

We do not have a pool yet ! (A pool is to be constructed winter 2009), but there are many local pool Bars we can recommend where you will be made welcome. We do have dogs but they have an allocated area on our land. From summer 2010 the house can be rented as a villa rental with pool and breakfast service or B and B.

Double and twin rooms are available; some rooms are en-suite. Air-conditioning is available on request.
For Breakfast we offer a range of cereals, local fruits, breads, yoghurts and honey from Kefalonia. Full English breakfast is available on request.
In the weekly price a BBQ is included with wine. Guests are more than welcome to eat at the house in the evening and use the facilities or if you have a special occasion we will cater for this.

Packed lunches are available.
Beach Towels, Umbrellas, Hair dryers, complimentary toiletries, local pay as you go phone, are included. Tea/coffee making facilities and a fridge is included.

Our home is set in a valley overlooking the Ionian Sea near Spartia, situated on the south west coast of Kefalonia. The area boasts many small private beaches - some 15 mins walk from the house. There are a couple of naturist/gay friendly beaches on the Island but they are kept quiet as formally it is illegal for nude bathing.

Car hire is a must to see the island and especially with the location of the house. We can arrange this for you and cars can be collected at the airport

Double room en suite - 55 euro inclusive of Breakfast
Double Room (sleeps 2) - 50 euro inclusive of breakfast( 25 euros each)
Single room (sleeps 2) - 25 euro inclusive of breakfast ( 25 euros each)
Air conditioning (4 euro per day) Single people will only be charged single rate ie 25 Euros per night.
