Hi, we live in Dublin and we were there in early May for 10 days. We had fab weather - late 20s, early 30s which was a bit of a shock! Couple of restaurants open in Messonghi and a few people around but Moratika was dead as a doornail. Signs of life in Irini just beginning but it was early at that stage.
Didn't see any other Irish around at that stage but then again we are usuall the only ones there that early in May. Victor's Barino bar in Messonghi has been moved from its original home to where the Opera bar was and himself and his son have done a lovely job renovating it fair play to them. It is now on main road near just up from supermarket Roll on August!!
