Hi Daveneil,
Unless you have bought a TomTom map for Greece, or already have it installed on your device, it won't work I'm afraid. I think Davyboys link to a previous topic will reflect that.

I have a new Tom Tom, which we brought last year, with the European maps installed and it works very well in Corfu.
![]() But be warned unless you have a 4x4 turn off the use dirt track mode or you will be spending half your time taking short cuts off road. ![]() |

Hi
If it is the full and latest map I think it will. My old TomTom 930 with the large 'Europe' map (Used to be called Western Europe) it even has the roads on Paxos! Jeff

Send Tom Tom an email to make sure, our old T T didn't and couldn't be updated, so bought a Garmin instead.
We have used it all over Greece including Corfu no problem at all. Bob. |

I have just checked on the Tom Tom website and the 'Western Europe' map set does not include Greece.
![]() But the 'European' map set does. ![]() As Bob said, check with Tom Tom, they may be able to help. |

I think I will drive from the airport to Sidari without a sat nav, do I head for the port first?

Daveneil, the route you mention doesn't need sat nav.
Here is my proven over many years route. Leave airport, Turn right at junction. Follow windy narrow road to next T junction. (Sea in front of you) Turn left, be carful a bit intimidating. Follow this road all the way, you will pass the Old Fort on the right, and at the same time the cricket Pitch (car park) on your left. Road bears left, look for road on right between columns. Sea now on right, one way system, follow road, past port on right, keep going. T Junction with right filter, turn right, dual carriageway. Keep on this road, dual carriage way, many traffic lights, etc; After a couple of Klms or so, major signs for Paliokastritsa straight on, Dassia Kassiopi turn right. Keep straight on towards Paliokastritsa. After a while you come to another junction, Pallio straight on. Right turn for Sidari, Acharavi, turn right, over the trumpets Pass. Simple from here, just follow signs for Sidari. |

Hi Dave, basically, when you come out the airport turn right, follow the road to the t junction facing the sea/promenade - turn left and go up that road - past the fort - through the archway at the Museum of Asian Art - follow the coast road right round past the port - then just follow the signs. You can't really go wrong. Good luck. Moyra

Today, there are so many smart devices on the market, that you will surely find one to solve the issue. There are different navigators and adapters to work even in the desert, I think. You may look for some gadgets on the 4Pro site. But there are also many other similar resources with forums where they will help you immediately to find the best solution for your situation.
