Ann - You were amazing.
So many people encouraged by you.
Can we do the same again??

I need to lose at least 2 stone before l can be the Adonis of Paxos

So -   Anyone up for it?

With love from Malcy.

Look's like you and me so far Sue

I've been looking at photos of me over the last couple of years.
OK I'm 68 but l did have a good body once.
Used to play tennis and bike race. 238miles in a 12 hour event.
Not looking to be super slim but not fat would be good.
Would love to arrive at the Roxy Bar slimmer.

In the meantime I have lots of mince pies chocolates and whisky Macs that I intend to enjoy!

Agreed definitely in the New Year. We should choose a day each week to reveal how much skinnier we are

Cut thick chips part boil spray a tray with onecal then spray chips put them in the oven for 30mins serve with salad as much as you want and a home made burgrer with 5% fat mince on a wholemeal roll. On slimming world this is a sin free meal.
Keep taking your, take a holiday in kassiopi pills.

Skinny chips absorb more oil than fat ones as there is more surface area.

I was playing on the name, skinny chips are liable to make you fat for for the reason you gave. Skinny Dipping does not work also.

Looks like a select group so far then (apart from the Norfolk Turkey)

So, things to do first of course

It may not be the true way to start slimming, but perhaps we could start after the New Year celebrations on the 1st Friday after  (8th Jan) Starting weight from then?

I'm looking forward to this

Hi Daveboy - Well my original post asking the same question a few years ago ran for a long time through the Paxos forum with most post's from Corfu and the lovely Ann then took it up again on the Corfu forum.
I'm not concerned with points for who did what but - I NEED TO LOSE SOME WEIGHT!!!
I'm not looking forward to my first weigh on 8th Jan after the festive binge.

Ann - Come on. You are needed.

I'm in! Hoping to lose half a stone before I go away at the beginning of March and another half stone before Paxos in mid-June. The big challenge is to try NOT to put too much on over the next few days!
I wasn't lost - I was just taking an interesting detour!

I'm going to join you in January, probably the end of January, I have a 4 day mini break on the 15th.

Hoping to be slimmer by the time I go to Kassiopi in June.

Weigh ins and support will be helpful.
