Whatever time it is (within reason) I always go and see my good friends Don and Roberto in Dons bar and then beer providing onwards to Mike, Frosso, Akki and Sukki in Lekkas for a few more and needless to say its always a very warm welcome if not a bozzy one he he
 , and it will be the same this year got 4 days before my friends come over so might as well make the most of it

We normally take the 6am flight from Gatwick so after quickly unpacking, its up to Nikos for shopping then straight to Barbaro on Avlaki for lunch then a few hours snoozing in the sun before we hit the village only 29 days until exactly that

Hi Sue! We had an absolutely brilliant time but the weather was cold, wet and windy! We had to wear four layers some days and drink hot chocolate and Metaxa sitting at the Wave Bar to keep warm! The Easter celebrations were wonderful and so glad we got to take part in the procession on the Saturday night. The roast lamb on the Sunday and the hospitality was second to none

I am so glad you had a good time despite the weather, we were a bit luckier as although wet it was not that cold, The Wave bar is not a bad place to be holed up either! When are you back next?

Same here Angela..I'm always lumped up getting out of that taxi right outside of Kostas Bar (Our apartment is next door folks) and then after about 50 hugs and several free drinks later I'm up on the floor (But not sure about this year..
 ) then I'm allowed to put my hand in my pocket by Kostas, And about four hours later it's up to our apartment...Maria does the unpacking and Bruce goes to sleep... I would dearly love to help her but I do have to get up early to go fishing with Kostas.. Bruce

Depending what time we arrive, early then dump the cases and to the beach, later dump the cases get spruced up and go for a wander and just a few drinks!!, getting thirsty just thinking about it

We are like military manouvers. Say hi to Chirs at the Dimas, dump cases in room, quick change to swimwear. I'm off to the pool and he does the shopping for the neccessities. He comes back to the pool, lunch and a few beers, pass out by the pool, back to the room, pass out again, wake up, out for food and more beers.
Go on 11th May and it is so close now I am like a kid at Christmas. Really need some sunshine on these old bones to kick start me into action.

If he doesn't come back with certain essentials, especially my lilo, I will send him back down the hill and tell him not to come back until he has found one. Mind you, when he does come back, he somehow seems rather the worse for where, his excuse is that he goes for his Greek lessons at the Harbour Bar - yeah right!!!
