On the road south out of Roda near Stakera, there is Sign post on the left which says Waterfalls 2km. I have on two occasions set off to find them but to no avail. Please can someone comfirm that the waterfalls do exist or maybe its a place name.

They do exist, but if you are visiting in the height of the summer there is nothing to see - if you were visiting now whilst there is a lot of rain - torrential at times - there would be something to see.

We stumbled upon them by chance a few Octobers ago! I think we were going to Nymfes at the time - if I think on will ask my husband (the driver) if he can remember exactly how we got there - or someone else might answer before then!

The water fall is on the outskirts of Nimfes. If travelling from Sfakera towards Platonas, take the left turning by the supermarket (s.p. Nimfes). Follow the road into Nimfes and keep on that road through the village until you come to the junction where the road turns back on itself. (The spring water taps are to the right). Here there are 2 roads going of to the left. If you take the second road to your left (narrow road) this will eventually take you to the waterfall which is on a bend with a bridge over the stream. (Hope I haven't missed anything)
