Arriving in Kassiopi on Saturday for 2 weeks, and a little concerned by reports advising not to bring your holiday money on a card, as Corfu ATMs may have no cash in them!!!
As we have already loaded a FairFX Mastercard with the bulk of our holiday Euros - we are obviously hoping this is an exaggeration.  Anyone in Kassiopi at the moment can put our minds at ease!! Also - how many ATMs (Banks?) are there in Kassiopi? Cheers Phil

I know of at least two ATM's in Kassiopi and have never had trouble with them running out on money. Not there just now but cant see any problems its not in there best intrest to let them run out of money now is it after all it all goes into there tourist coffers

Just one thing, last year I took a Caxton FX card and it would not work in the cash machine by Travel Corner but it did work in the other machine near the harbour.
Dont want you to panic if it does not work in the first machine. We will be there on Monday...

We've also recently loaded a pre paid euro card, so if you hit any problems I'd appreciate an heads up!  We go in two weeks...I'm sure all will be fine, enjoy your holiday

We used it (lots!) when we were in Kassiopi last August - the only time we had problems was on a Monday morning when it had run out of cash over the weekend - was full again by lunchtime
