I am trying to get fit this summer and a friend has offered to give a Zuma Gold class once a week in Roda. She is fully qualified and has suggested the 'gold' class as I especially are not as fit and young as I used to be.

If you are interested please leave a message here and hopefully we can get this off the ground by the end of May. The price is 3 euro per 1 hour class, which will be on a Thursday morning at the Pegasus hotel.

Come one peepe, lets give it a go, after you can jump in the pool to cool off Wink

p.s. I gave up smoking in November and have put on a few pounds, hence would like to shift some weight and am not a mad fan of the gym and love to dance, so thought this would be fun LOL

Hi Jester!! How you doing? Not heard from you in ages! Well, we are FINALLY moving across end of June and will be renting a small place in Roda for a couple of months till our place is ready.

I definately would be interested in this, will you let me know if it gets off the ground and becomes regular??

Look forward to seeing you again
Michelle

(I’ve also recently given up smoking and finding it HARD!!)

Yesterday, on the BBC website,  I was reading about a 96 yr old gentleman in Wales who regularly attends his local Zumba class.  He's been dancing since he was 13 and finds Zumba a good, enjoyable way to keep fit.  He said he can do all the moves but not necessarily at the same speed as some of his classmates.

Are we there yet?
We've been and come back but we're going again.
