How lovely we do the Kalami to Agni walk every year ... the one that takes you down to Yaliskari beach then up along the rocky cliff top walk. One year we stayed in Villa Vingla which is high up and overlooks Kalami bay ...amazing views but 11 hairpin bends up from the road is too much for us these days when it's dark. We also stayed in Villa Eleni in Sinies on our first visit to the NE Corfu many years ago. Settled now staying at Villa Priodi Tsouka/Kass, just rebooked for 2018 😃

We often walk over to Agni and then maybe jump the boat back - such a lovely way to get around. Looking forward to our last visit of the year now though.

Go for it. Places to stay are always available and reasonable. Flights are cheap as long as you don't leave it until last minute when the return leg tends to get pricey. My flights are £80 return and booked these probably late July.
Weather unsettled but can be lovely. Kassiopi is a good location as there is always somewhere open otherwise you will definitely need a car.
