Good Morning,

I am planning a trip to Corfu in 2018 with all of my family, which consists of 9 Adults and 5 Children (includes what will be a 16 year old). We know where we are staying in Sidari, I'm just waiting on confirmation of prices by booking direct.

As both my partner and I are teachers, we can only travel late July or August.
We are planning a 14 night trip.

Can anyone advise me about flights? It seems to be a minefield!

Airports which are possible to fly from (ordered by preference):
Doncaster Sheffield
Manchester
East Midlands

I know only Thomson fly from DSA, hence are quite expensive (even then I'm unsure on the cost!).

Mainly I need advice with prices, I'm not bothered who we fly with to be honest lol, I know time in on our side.

Thank you!

You'll have the best choice of flights and prices if you fly from Manchester. At the moment Easjyet have 5 flights a week and Ryanair 4. On the face of it, Ryanair often look to be the cheaper, but they charge £40 e/w for a 15kg bag and £50 e/w for 20kg, whereas EasyJet only charge £20.20 e/w for a 20kg, so that will make a huge difference if there are 14 people each taking a bag.

We paid roughly £60 + bags pp e/w for this year's Easyjet flights, booked on the day they were released. Unfortunately, EasyJet are generally the last to release their flights and for July/August 2018, they probably won't be released until October next year, so you've got quite a while to think about it yet!
I wasn't lost - I was just taking an interesting detour!

Thank you for the info! Much appreciated!

Any ideas of the price travelling at that time of year?

Have a look at this year's prices. It will at least give you a rough idea, although who knows what they'll be in 2 years - possibly post Brexit? Only time will tell. Good luck.
