Well, that's a tough question to answer.
I could say any fresh fish dish but that seems a bit of a cop out so I'll go for sptsofai. So many to choose from though eh?

There is so much that I enjoy and it depends on the time of day.

At lunchtime it would be grilled sardines; in the evening either sofrito or bordetto. Having said that, I'm also fond of octopus stifado...

Sunday lunch treat would be sardines, Greek salad, crusty bread and tzatziki on the beach at Boukari.

Evening meal either kleftico or rabbit stifado at Minore in Messonghi.

But then again...!!!

All of mine seem to be things that are stuffed. Stuffed cabbage rolls with egg and lemon sauce, stuffed courgette flowers, and stuffed squid flavoured with orange.
Thumbs Up
its nice to be important but its more important to be nice

Cheese saganaki, melitsanasalata (baba ganoush), house special sausage saganaki (extra hot version) at Spiros' in Paleokastritsa, home-made burgers in Petrino's, papoutsakia me carni (it was on the menu at The Greek Way last year*), and pistatsio.

I also love the warm spicy tomato sauce that they serve with meatballs in the Eastern Aegean, but they don't do it like that on Corfu.

*Technically it's been on the menu the last four years, it just didn't have a price next to it...
