Do you find that when in Kalami you tend to do the same things every time you go, or am I just boring and predictable? Heres my list:-

1.  First and last night sea front table at Kalami Beach Taverna

2.  Always first drink of the holiday is at Kalami Bar.

3.  Day out in Corfu town with cod and chips at Belissimo.

4.  Day out on N.E. coast with refreshment stops in Sidari and Roda.

I don't know about Cod & Chips, but Apple Pie & Ice Cream at En Plo, at the end of the dock behind the palace, is a must.

And I can see Tango Bar in Paleokastritsa becoming a regular thing, now I know they have chilled Stowford Press on tap.

Beside the sea all worries wash away!!

I'm definitely with you on the cheese pies at Thomas's, Sue. Unfortunately I normally have them as a starter followed by his lamb hotpot then his home made walnut cake all washed down with half a carafe of red wine. Heaven!

Just got up early to select my plane seats and am now too excited to go back to bed even though its 75 days till we go. Your posts above have made it worse, thanks guys! Cold Mythos, on arrival, first in Cocktails and Dreams, Margueritas in the Bar down the road (served by George) Beef Stifado in any Kalami Taverna, wish they could do Rabbit and thick Greek Yoghurt with Honey and Walnut in the White House. Thats just the first day, just because our hire car hasn't arrived!

If my memory serves me right, Thomas does Greek yoghurt with honey. Not sure about the walnuts as Alexander liked to try different things. Still to die for though.

We've got to wait till September to savour the delights of Kalami once again but it's well worth the wait.

First time for us this year. Would be really great for a list of which food is not to be missed for each of the tavernas! Also, have any got a pizza oven?

Why don't you start a new post to put a list together. Obviously, there is a deal of personal preference in people's choices!
