My wife and I have holidayed on Corfu at least twice a year for 16 years. We have always stayed in San Stefanos NW.
Unfortunately I have quite serious health issues and struggle with any inclines. We have considered Arillas to the point of having a good look round and speaking to friends who are Arillas regulars. Sounds and looks great.
Where else would be suitably flat, quiet and have good food available?

St Georges South, Messonghi or Benitses would probably suit you perfectly.
