Hi
We are off to Corfu tomorrow night -never been before -picking car up from airport and will be driving to Sidari - it says its about 45 minutes, we will be early around 6am in morning so hopefully quiet. I am used to Cyprus driving but not Corfu, just wanted to ask is the journey OK (what is the road like?) Im not one for huge heights so hope its not too bad - someone said go to Gouvia then Tsvalos then off and up to left through Skipero and Livada. Is the journey OK??

Roads are fine you should have no problem, obviously they drive on the wrong side not like Cyprus, but the standards of road was very good when we were last there. Its a lovely drive to Sidari whichever way you go.
its nice to be important but its more important to be nice

The the best way is. When leaving Corfu town past the port keep following that road till you come to a big sign over head, that points straight ahead for Paleokastritsa and right for Kassiopi. You need to go straight ahead for Paleokastritsa Then follow the signs for Sidari.
Have a great time.
Keep taking your, take a holiday in kassiopi pills.

Early morning at this time of year is perhaps the best time of all to discover Corfu. It's an easy drive to Sidari and you will pass some spectacular scenery. You may even want to stop en route to sample the odd cheese pie and coffee.

The air will be fresh, spring flowers out in the olive groves and best of all, it will be almost traffic free. Enjoy!
