What a great map. We enjoy walking, its the most clear and easy to follow map I have seen. We will be able to venture a bit wider this September thanks to this map.

Good map BUT...   Can't speak for all areas but around Agios Georgios/St George South, you could find yourself in a bit of trouble if driving as one or two of the links shown as roads (eg Agios Georgios to Marathia) are little more than dirt tracks that I don't even venture down in a 4*4 Jeep!.

Thank you all once again for your wonderful comments.

For anyone who's not familiar with the map, I still have a supply available and they're all updated to 2013, by hand.

Hi Stephan

Glad to see that you're still around and keeping the map up to date.

For the most part, I rely on the one "in my head" now, but when things get tricky, it's good to resort to one of yours - we keep a couple of copies in Porta.

Regards
Martyn

I've had quite a few requests over the years to supply unfolded versions of the map suitable for framing.  Unfortunately all of the maps were were folded after the one and only production run.
I wondered if anyone had any success, or simply has any tips for removing creases from the map for framing?

Would suggest just to try ironing them on a low heat.

Great minds Elliemay. It was my request to Stephen earlier this evening that prompted this and I had the same idea. The map is so lovely I would like to wall mount it for guests. I will be experimenting over the weekend and will let you know Smile

Hello, great map. We went to Paleo two years ago and fell in love with it and are going back this year on 9th June, have tried to print this map because it is so detailed but am struggling to print it. Is their a knack or can anyone else tell me what I maybe doing wrong or is it not printable? I know we will get a map with our hire car but not sure it will be as good.

Thanks

Dean & Jules

I simply laminated my map using a large laminator in my office.  Any decent High Street printers would be able to do this.

It hangs on a hook at my property making it nice and easy for our guests to remove and peruse over.

Hi Dean and Jules, I think there's a little confusion here.

The map Bruce and Maria referred to is here:

while the map I made "Corfu Road Map" was scanned by Nathan, and is here:

and is quite different.

I think you are referring to the first link, and to try to clarify matters, I have created a new post which refers to the paper copy of my map.

Stephan
