What a lovely photo and Vangelis is such a lovely man! (although I do dread it if I leave anything on the plate because you just know he's going to come over and tell you off for not eating it all!)

That is a brilliant picture. Vangelis really makes Bolero's, and like you say if you don't leave a clean plate there is trouble.

Lovely picture Kathy ! We use Bolero a lot , as you know. They are a lovely family and I think Vangelis's Wife should get more credit. She works wonders single handed in the kitchen.

Glad to see Boleros will still be open this summer. We visit everyday for breakfast and its superb. I agree that Vangelis wife should be given a medal..Lol

Davyboy, and not just any brown sauce but HP the best brown sauce in my opinion, and their breakfasts are superb!We always eat Greek food when in Kassiopi (apart from Little Italy of course
) but at the end of our recent 10 day holiday I had had a bit too much of everything and was craving a pie, so we went to Boleros as the pies Vangelis sells are the best, a lady in his village makes them, we generally only eat there for breakfast and when we had finished dinner he asked us why we never eat Greek food, classic!
