Is it worth me taking my snorkel? I have no idea what the sea's like in Ag Gordios.  Are there any fish close to shore that are worth seeing please?

Thanks

In my experience wherever you are there will be something worth seeing - so yes, take it

Wherever we are in Corfu we manage to find some rocks above or under the water  and see all sorts, large and small fish, eels and octopus

We always take fins and snorkel and have managed to find some pretty unusual shells too in less than 20 feet of water.

Thanks again. Just one more question about the beach. In general, are there a lot of stones or sharp rocks in the sea? I'm wondering whether I need to pack my beach shoes or not. I don't particularly like wearing them so if the sea bed is mostly sandy I'll leave them at home.

Yes take beach shoes as it can sometimes be hard to get in and out the waters edge,  the beach is sandy.
