Reliable Taxis San Stef/Kassiopi

Try phoning e-mailing Cosmic travel in Kassiopi. They have helped me out in the past and are English so no probs with the language and reliable even though they are only agents.

I would be interested in hearing your review afterwards (or from anyone else) as I am considering using them to the same area in August. Thank you.

We used them in September for airport transfers to and from Boukari and were totally satisfied with the service. We had a fixed price arranged beforehand which we paid on arrival at our destination together with €20 towards the return journey. Very efficient and competitively priced.

We use them all the time when in Kassiopi and never had a problem in 7 years.

Just a word of warning - in future I will just give them a call the day before return to airport. I've never had a problem before, and mistakes and mix-ups do happen, but last week we were left waiting in Kalami for a taxi pick up at 8.40am - by 9am no show - so with the help of the lady in the beach shop there (I couldn't understand a word of Greek on their answerphone!) she phoned the Alpha taxi office for me, they said the driver on his way to us had had an accident, and another driver had been sent in his place. 
They called me back full of apologies and said someone would be with us in 30 minutes. They did turn up as promised but by now we were 50 minutes later than we should have been, and getting a little anxious about being late for check-in!!
Needless to say the driver got us safely to the airport and in time for our check in but the journey was a little "scary"! Now call me cynical but I suspect we had been forgotten.
I do not mean to criticise Alpha Taxis in any way - I've used them many times with no problems ever, and will do again, but in future I will just give them a ring the day before return to confirm times etc.
