Recommendations Needed

My firm favourite is Old Alikanas but might be too quiet for you son LOL It is however within walking distance of other places where nightlife exists other than the odd bar and a few tavernas

If you fancy it do a Google for apartments in Old Alikanas, you come up with several one bedroomed places

We used to go with Direct Greece but sadly they do not go there any more

Slightly more lively, but not much although it does have a diving school, is Keri, you might find some independents to book there with a search. We stayed in a lovely place, just one block back from the sea which had peacocks strutting round the garden but sadly I cannot remember what it was called

It really depends on what you want  and like, my idea of heaven is another's idea of boredom!!

Yes Alikanas is fairly near to Old Alikanas, a good walk, but worlds apart.

I am assuming your son wants a bit of night life and hubby would not mind either so Alikanas may be a good compromise

We stayed at the Valais Hotel which is right on the beach, great location for walking into Alykanas or Old Alykanas but its not self catering.  www.valais.gr. They were with Thomas Cook up until last year but now I think its independant bookings only. Lots of watersports to keep a teenager occupied. The Mill Bar next door does a fabulous Greek night as well.

I stayed at the Dinos Apartment in Tsilivi just 5 minutes away from the beach in a quiet part of town. The host Dinos was fantastic. Well recommended.
