Hi, have been thinking of raising funds for the Donkey Sanctuary and have come up with the idea of a 'Pudding Club'. Just wanted some feedback if anyone has tried it before or is maybe interested?? The idea is to create a pudding/dessert/cake or biscuits once a month, to include a guest judge, venue to be held in possibly Acharavi. Obviously it would mainly attract local residents and possibly people who are holidaying (dates will be published well in advance, along with current winners and recipes etc). Holiday makers may not have the facilities to enter but may wish to come along and test the entrys for a small donation. Any budding bakers out there who may be interested?? Any feedback would be greatly appreciated, Michelle.

Mmmmm yum great idea Michelle, I would love to do that but won't be living out there until at least next year. I am sure you will have lots of interest!

Having worked for a week with the donkeys its amazing how much hard work it is and what a fantastic job Judy and her wonderfull band of volunteers do. Funds are desperatley needed to keep the donkeys well and pain free so any sort of fundraising it great to hear. Enjoy your visit Razaker and remember to take plenty of insect repellant and water OH and carrots..julesxx
