Hi, I'm planning a trip to AG last 2 weeks of April (used to always go to Pelekas, but can no longer handle the hill!) I've got 3 main questions, and am hoping someone(s) on here can help.

1. I need a ground floor room (1 bedroom or studio, very basic is fine) in a relatively flat location, ideally mid-way between bus stop/beach. Any recommendations?
2. I'd rather book locally (commission can be a huge cut, at least where I am) but because I don't know the area, and am not that flexible on location, I'm concerned there may not be that many places open this early in the season (And those online seem to be booking up fast!) Any thoughts on if I should just book the fortnight in advance, or book one week and chance finding somewhere for the 2nd once we're there?
3. Generally, it would be good to know how busy/open AG's likely to be this early in the season? I'm not worried by quiet (I've been nearby in February/March/April before - but I've not been in the area since 2010, and a lot's happened since then!) I'd rather not have to bus into Corfu too often though.

Thanks in advance!

Thanks - but stupid question: how do I see it? (I didn't get notification of your reply, or of the PM - looks like maybe because I just registered?) Slightly less stupid question: which KTEL route is AG on, the Sinarades or the Pentati/Pauliana look likely to me? If the latter, will there only be the early morning/afternoon buses in April?

As a new member I think that you have to wait to be able to send PM's but I thought tat you should be able to receive them. A.G. is on the KTEL green bus service for Sinarades but there will be a rather limited service in April. Are you the Li that got rejected as spam on another forum?

I am - would it be easier to re-register there? (I've been finding that forum very useful.)
