I have pressed the button

Some years ago we flew to Volos from Bristol. The Pelion is a lovely place, very unspoilt but the only least stressful way of getting there is to fly to Skiathos and get a ferry from there at the moment.

Not too long a drive from Thessalonika either.

We have just been asked if we would join up with some Greek friends in Volos later this year. Having worked out the drive etc; which is not too bad, we decided to leave it for this time.

Looks like pie in the sky to me. Lol
Link doesn't really say anything at all, just that they have approached easyJet.
ps. Read this same thing months ago. Facebook page has been going since March 2014.

The problem is there is no fuel for commercial flights, they have to land at Skiathos either on the way there or on the return. Not really an option for Easy Jet. If anyone take it up it is more likely to be Monarch, Thomas Cook  or Thomsons  and that will only be seasonal.
