Just back from visiting the newly restored olive press in the centre of Parga. It is due to officially open in a few weeks but we had a personal tour from the owners (Ilias and Athena from the excellent Ostria pizza restaurant - our favourite in Greece). Beautifully restored (100 years old - steam/water powered) with great attention to detail. I told the owner it was very ambitious. He didn't understand the word but when his son translated he was very pleased. Strongly recommend a visit for anyone going to Parga.
