We spoke to Spiros a couple of weeks ago. The move to Champion's Bar fell through. His wife, who was the cook in Mythos, is now working for Ilias and Vasso at The Mediteranneo. He plans to concentrate on his apartments for now, although this could change. Champion's Bar was closed when we first arrived, but is now open. Moyra

Awwww such a shame will miss seeing the boys... hopefully we may be able to catch up with him in the resort during our visit though

We stayed at their apartments in Ag Stefanos last year. Mythos apartments with Thomas Cook, lovely apartments, their dad looks after the gardens and pool. Nice family

Sad the restaurant will not be opening this year, but it can only be good for his apartments. It can be a nightmare trying to track Spiros down to arrange aircon etc. His Dad (Dimitri?) is lovely but speaks only limited English so it can be a bit hit or miss when you need something.
Sedgi...we will not be staying in Ag Stef this year as we are back down south in St George South, but Richard is already making noises about returning to Mythos next year! Sue
