For the first time this year we have booked via lowcostholidays, flying with Easyjet. We've never flown with EJ before and understand that this is a ticketless flight. No problems with this, but can we check in on-line and if so how? I've tried via EJ's website but it doesn't recognise the reference given.
I'm just concerned that if we turn up at the check in we might get charged some horrendous fee because we haven't checked in prior to turning up! Has anyone booked this combination before who can tell me what we need to do? Sorry if I'm sounding a bit thick but we've always gone with package deals before and not had this problem. Sue

Sue I don't know when you've booked to fly but you have to be within 30 days of your flight before you can check-in online.
You may have tried to access the easyJet site when it had a glitch or something as normally it is not a problem finding your itinerary or doing anything connected with your flight(s). Hope you soon have success! David |

Thanks David
We fly out on 1st July so are within the 30 day limit, will have to try again. Just wondered if it is a different process when booking through a third party like lowcostholidays. regards Sue

Sue. Why not send Lowcostholidays an Email to ask?
It may be that you are correct that you can't precheck-in. In either case check out the EJ luggage regulations and make sure you keep within your limitations. Bob.

Hi Sue. We booked online with Easyjet for April's visit. I then had to make an amendment to the details which I did over the phone. We also tried to check in online but couldn't. When I asked about this at the airport they told me that any bookings (or later amendments) taken over the phone or any booking through a third party, meant we weren't able to do the online check in. Don't worry, unless things have drastically changed since April, we weren't charged any extra for checking in at the desk (now the excess we had to pay for on our luggage is a different story ...!

Hi yes you can you can also book any suitcases for the hold as well. We also got a speedy boarding pass, well worth it, and all done online, no hassel. Easy Jet were really good as never used them before and were a bit worried but definitely use them again. Hope this helps you

We too were very impressed with Easyjet as the first time of flying with them. We had our two young grand-daughters with us and were second in line for boarding after the speedy boarding passengers. Very comfortable aircraft as well and I thought a little more legroom than other airlines. We shall certainly be flying with them again!

Very true about the space on easyjet. Although the seats don't recline, you do seem to have more room than monarch!! Kevin will tell that.
