Hi Lily's Gran

Not sure about the e-reader. All I know for certain is the Kindle and laptop. Maybe an idea to go on to Amazon and ask them?

Kind regards#

Hi WeeMinx

Thanks for your lovely review. I hoped the descriptions would conjure up vivid images, and bring back memories for Kalami devotees. Looks like I hit the right spot.

Kind regards

You certainly did Sidneylarkin.  I was even laughing out loud at some points, especially when you were talking about the cowboy.  We call him Zorro and he does a mean rendition of Bohemian Rhapsody.

Hi all

Well, just 14 days to go now till we're back in our beloved Kalami and we can't wait. Julie had a bad fall last Oct and really needs some heat on her shoulder and a relaxing 2 weeks to help recover.

I could do with the break too as I've been refurbishing my step-daughters flat evenings and weekends since the end of February, as well as doing the same thing as a day job. Oh how I long for the sun, sea and souvlaki!

I'm also hoping to get some more material for another book. Hopefully it won't take 8 years to write this time! Lol

See you all soonSmile

I wonder if Thomas will think he's losing it when all us first timers turn up and can't help but be unintentionally over-familiar.

Hi Caroline.

Really glad you liked it and that it brought a smile to your face, but not as big a smile as you'll get when you arrive at Kalami eh!

We've only got 14 days to go then we're back in our little bit of paradise.

Have a good holiday.

Sidneylarkin.

Hi Sidneylarkin
Just finished reading the book on my laptop. Absolutely loved it. Having been back to Kalami 4 times I was walking all those steps with you and recalling all the special moments we have had too.
I actually could feel the emotion that you described when it came to the day before you return home.
Sadly we havent been there for 3 years partly due to finances and that we are caring for elderly mums.

But like you I carry Kalami in my heart and its actually in my email address too!
Thanks for the memories
Panda x

Hi all.
We were in Kalami 2 weeks ago stunning and great to see the locals clearing the beach, met some very nice people and walked miles along the coastline even saw the Agni Taverna! We hope to be settling in the area in 16 months so if anyone knows of any long term lease/rentals please let us know. Off to Amazon to look at the book looks great good luck with it.

The Long and winding road is nearly at an end!

Hi All.

Just wanted to say a big thank you to all those that have bought my book. Am flying out to Corfu on Friday and was hoping to sell 100 by then. I've actually managed to achieve that today!

I've been overwhelmed by the response and the great reviews it's received and I know many of you on the forum have been responsible for a fair few sales. I still have some material that I didn't use in the book so hopefully another may be in the offing at some point.

If any of you are out there for the next couple weeks then I may see you at Thomas's. If not, have a great time.

Once again, many many thanks and I hope it brought a smile to your face and a lift to your heart.

Sincerely yours

Sidneylarkin

Well it's on my Kindle now and I'm already up to chapter 3, I can see it all in my minds eye now. If I'm not careful I can see it's going to be one of those books I can't put down til it's finished and it's 10 pm and I have to be up for work early in the morning.
Enjoy your return on Friday SidneyLarkin I will be with you in spirit reading your book!!

Unfortunately we will not be there until 18 June but it would have been nice to have met you.  You will feel like a star with all your groupies asking for your autograph.  The next edition will have to be a paperback.   Thumbs Up

Enjoy your holiday and I hope you have a lot more material on your return.

Like others I've purchased a copy of this Sidneylarkin and I'm looking forward to beginning reading it on Friday as we're flying from Bristol in the afternoon. Whilst we're staying near Barbati, we'll definitely be eating at Thomas's again, whilst we're there. If by chance our paths cross, perhaps you'll be kind enough to sign my copy for me! LOL

Otherwise, as I believe they say in Greece - Kales diakopes (have a good holiday). Best wishes GB.
