I'm over in September and was just wondering how the resort is doing in general. Are all the tavernas holding their heads above the water this year? I hope it has been active enough to keep them all going. I trust the regular faces are still at each taverna? Also I hope the little supermarkets are doing well too, not forgetting the boat hire. Does the flotilla still call in once a fortnight or so - that must help to keep business ticking over? Any news, gratefully read.

Hi Colin, we will be there all of Setember, so like you, interested in how they are fairing.
Costa from Kaparelli phoned to see how Wendy was doing the other day, he said that the flotillas were a regular visitors for him, lets hope it keeps up all season, still they depend on the weather being favourable. When we were there in May, everything was up and running by the middle of the month. Although Costas Boats had'nt appeared by then, Giani's and San Stephanos boats were starting to operate. Bob

Hi Colin. I too can confirm that the flotillas are visiting (we were there for the two weeks straddling the election and saw Top Sail, OCCA and Sailing Holidays) and can add that Costas Boats were also up and running. There were also plenty of private and charter yachts anchored in the bay
I thought things in the village (and the island in general) were perhaps a little quiet prior to the election but things seemed to pick up thereafter and all of the local businesses were open. Mind you, we didn't venture very far during the first week as I spent a lot of time re-pointing the inside back wall of our house!
We did some sailing during the second week, visiting Sivota on the mainland and Lakka on Paxos. Sivota was very busy (with mainly Greek, German and British visitors). Lakka was, again, a little quieter that usual - we even managed to moor up the quay, but there were people around spending money and a Greek dancing night at the Harbour Lights bar certainly had the village buzzing. As with Stephanos, there were plenty of yachts anchored in the bay and a flotilla (Neilsen, based in Sivota) called in for a night whilst we were there.
We are also intending to be there in September (but only for a long weekend)

Looking forward to some news/feedback from visitors too as we will be over in the first week in October, when it's normally starting to get a bit quieter anyway. Hope there's still enough business around, although I can't think that Ag Steph will be as affected as some other parts. Looking forward to it!

There are some facts about some school's information as it can be explained to those who need to know about it for us now. You can also explain professional dissertation writers to me and them because it was needed and vital for us to look for because it was great for me to go for it in detail.
